About as perfect of an Airbnb experience as you can get. Great hosts, great accommodations, great location and great extras - hot tub, pool, grill, complimentary cookies and breakfast. We loved it and we will be back. We joked that we might tell some friends but not everyone because we don’t want it booked up next time we want to go.

What an absolute joy to stay in Casita #1! It was way more than we expected, and just what we needed in this very stressful time. Sitting on the deck in the morning, looking out over God’s beautiful country, sipping a hot cup of coffee, and partaking of the delicious breakfast prepared by Leslie, was renewing to our spirit. "hands down the best"
This was hands down the best Airbnb experience me and my wife have had across the board. The space is absolutely perfect for a couple to get away and reconnect in a private and scenic area. The room itself was supplied with everything we needed with some nice touches like a hammock, grill and hot tub the central pool/gathering area was beautiful as well. The value for this stay was incredible Leslie and her husband brought us fresh cookies every evening and a delicious breakfast every morning as well as a wine tasting from Red House Winery and a complimentary bottle for us having stayed 2 nights!
Leslie and her husband were both super friendly and accommodating and gave us a lot of good tips for local stuff to check out and provided some entertainment on-site with dvd's and board games that could be borrowed from their central office.
The location made this an absolutely perfect spot to have a relaxed vacation and it is far enough out from major cities to have awesome nighttime views and the daytime views of the Hill Country were also fantastic. I could not recommend this any more strongly for couples looking for a affordable romantic vacation to get away from everything and slow down for a few days to reconnect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Leslie’s place. We hiked their property, soaked in the hot tub under the blanket of stars, and were so impressed with the delicious breakfasts and evening cookies. Leslie and Ricky were so friendly. We’d love to return again sometime!

"Can't pass this place up"
You can't pass up this place up as it is quite a perfect place to have a weekend getaway. We used everything they had to offer, fire place, bbq grill, hot tub, & movie cabinet!
Leslie and Rick have thought about every detail of this place down to the cutest hot breakfast baskets, wine tasting and delicious warm cookies at the end of the evening! I know I will be coming back!

If you are looking to relax, this is the place. Leslie’s breakfast each morning was unbelievable. Not just your typical muffins and fruit. She went all out!! Ricky will do anything you ask and so much more. They even decorated our Casita for my husbands birthday. The views were amazing too. Top notch place for sure!!

"plenty of privacy"
We had such an amazing stay at Rockin' H Lavender Farm, we had to add one more night at the end! The Casitas were very cozy and modern, with plenty of privacy, and an amazing view right from the foot of what was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. We were there in July, and the A/C was pretty strong too, especially when paired with the extra box fan, which was a nice touch too if you need it! There's a quality propane grill on the patio which we used nightly to cook dinner under the stars.
The owners are also very sweet and friendly, and available if you need anything. And btw, Leslie's daily breakfasts and nightly cookies will knock. your. socks. off! I would come back for the Chilequiles alone; absolutely delicious, and what a way to start a day! Like with the cozy bathrobes near the shower, everything about the stay felt very well thought-out and catered towards their guests having a great, relaxing stay. They invite feedback from guests to see how they can keep improving the experience, and it really shows. Anyway, cannot recommend enough!

"New and modern facility"
A great country getaway with all the comforts of a top city hotel. It's a very new and modern facility that is isolated and insulated from the busy city life. The best part of our awesome stay was the great hospitality we were afforded by Leslie and Ricky. Such great hosts, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We had really a great time at the Lavendar farm. Highly recommend!

"An Absolute delight"

"the pool is crystal clear"
My fiancé and I booked a weekend at the Rockin H Lavender Farm for a safe getaway from downtown Dallas to relax and unwind. This place exceeded all expectations, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Like all other reviews mention, Ricky and Leslie are unbelievably hospitable and are just amazing people you’ll enjoy chatting with. They built this farm for a quiet couples retreat and didn’t spare any details in amenities. The pool is crystal clear and refreshing with umbrellas and floats and the casitas are modern with lux updates. Sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee in the AM and a glass of wine (complimentary bottle of Red House wine) watching the hummingbirds, the stars and the sunset is a something you’ll have to experience for yourself to understand. If you’re thinking about booking this place, just do it!

"the most gracious hosts"
Ricky and Leslie and the most gracious hosts. Their place is extremely quaint, clean, private and peaceful. The Casita's are amazing with upscale furnishings and amenities and spectacular views of the Hill Country. The pool is beyond awesome with umbrellas for shade and floats to relax on the water which was my favorite! They have a beautiful pavilion with tables and a gorgeous fireplace; perfect for making s'mores! Each Casita has a BBQ grill with all the necessary utensils and dinnerware. Leslie makes the most amazing breakfasts and cookies which adds a very personal touch to their Airbnb. I am definitely coming back because the sunrises and sunsets make it a little slice of heaven!

"delicious warm cookies"
We had a terrific one-night getaway at the casitas at the Rockin' H Lavender Farm. The hosts, Leslie and Ricky, are very personable and offer a warm welcome. Check-in was a breeze since they live on the property, although the casitas are not near their house, offering a lot of privacy. The casitas are modern, cool-looking structures with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and a couple of chairs in the front room. Behind a wall are a very modern, clean bathroom with a large shower and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette is minimal with a microwave, mini-fridge, Kuerig coffeemaker and small sink but there is a grill outside if you want to cook. We brought a picnic dinner with us and it was fine for that. They bring delicious warm cookies in the evening and a warm breakfast in the morning. The pool outside was the perfect temperature and a great place to cool off. There are floats for spending a lazy afternoon or evening in the pool. A large shade structure with picnic tables looked inviting. The casita we stayed in had a lovely hammock as well as a deck with two chairs and a small table, perfect for watching the hummingbirds out back. One downside is the internet is not very strong, so I don't recommend planning to work from there. The lavender farm is more of a large garden, so that is not the major draw to come here. We came for the dark sky so that we could photograph the stars but the clouds moved in and we didn't have a chance. There is no light pollution so on a clear night the stargazing should be amazing. All in all it was a relaxing getaway.

"by gosh just go here"
Where to even start. I guess first, if your debating booking this place, just do it. If you’re looking for a quiet, tranquil place to get away to that’s close to home (if you’re in Texas) this place was great. There’s a wine tasting at the beginning and you get a complimentary bottle of your favorite one. There’s breakfast every morning, and Leslie is a wonderful cook. I had chilaquiles TexMex style that were delish and sausage breakfast sliders. The fresh baked cookies at night before sunset are a warm touch that’s testament to the saying “it’s the little things”. The casita I stayed in had a hammock, and a grill (both have a grill I believe). In the morning I’d sit outside with my coffee and breakfast (delivered in a basket) and watch humming birds in the trees. The pool is also very nice. The picture doesn’t do it justice. I spent most of my time sun bathing in the pool, floating and reading. You can walk around the grounds, and you can also explore the state park nearby. I brought food to grill so stayed on premise. Stargazing at night was also prime. The kingsize bed was also great. If you need access to lots of activities, reconsider. But if you’re in the need of some peace and quiet and comfortable amenities, by gosh just go here.

"the casita was clean and modern"
My husband and I desperately needed an escape from Austin and this was the perfect spot. Leslie was very communicative and made getting there and check-in easy. The grounds were easily accessible and the Casita was clean and modern. Here are a few of the highlights: 1- Ricky and Leslie offered a wine tasting and complimentary bottle of wine, cookies at night and breakfast delivered to our patio every morning. It was such a lovely touch and showed great hospitality. 2 - We used the pool non-stop. I was slightly worried about it based on the pictures but it was so much nicer than I expected. It was clean, deep and had little shelves built in for sitting. There were also rafts and noodles available. There was a couple staying in the other Casita, however, we ended up never being at the pool at the same time. 3 - Sitting on the patio each morning with coffee was the best. Even though it was the middle of July, there was a wonderful breeze and it felt cold enough that I wrapped up in a blanket. Watching the hummingbirds was also a lot of fun. 4 - They provide robes that I lived in whenever I wasn't swimming. 5 - Private grill 6 - We brought our own games but they also had some for guests to use as well as a collection of DVDs (since no Cable). 7 - There were a lot of great random touches that I appreciated: beach towels provided, water station, box fan (which I love for sleeping), comfy recliner chairs, fan in bathroom, automatic lights on way to bathroom, etc. Nice to knows: -The pillows are really thick and firm. If that isn't your jam, I suggest bringing your own, which we did and I'm really thankful for. -The AC works incredibly well but it has a blue light on it that can be bright at night. Maybe bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to that. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would love to stay here again!

The owners, Leslie & Ricky, are wonderful hosts that care about making your stay as active or relaxing as possible. "We look forward to returning"
This was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary, we had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave. Leslie and Rick have thought of every little detail and go way above and beyond anywhere else I have stayed. They are so friendly and it was a joy getting to know them and their story. Leslie told me about wineries, restaurants and shopping, there was so much to do for such a small town, I wish I had more time. Our only mistake was that we didn't book for three nights! We look forward to returning for another visit sometime soon.

"this experience was wonderful"
This experience was wonderful. First off, the folks that are running this outfit are amazing and some of the most solid people you will run across in life. The experience they built is remote and is the perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle. But you must sacrifice nothing as far as amenities and luxuries. The pool, outside fireplace, on site wine tasting room, and the amazing breakfast that they serve every morning was such a treat. Everything has been done with good planning and good quality. As far as things to do and entertainment. They have several day trips that you can do to guide you through some central TX experiences. This is some of the most beautiful country in the world . There are any number of restaurants and wineries tucked away in this otherwise seemingly deserted part of the world. We followed their recommendations for local restaurants and had a five star experience that is a must, followed by a local brick oven pizza experience with yet another fantastic wine tasting experience all of them 30 minutes drive of the lavender farm casitas. I can not wait to go back.

This is the PERFECT place for a weekend getaway! The host, Leslie and Ricky are amazing and exemplify the true definition of southern hospitality. The casita we stayed in was super clean and had everything we needed. They really put a lot of thought into every detail at their property. Our favorite moments were sitting sipping on coffee on the porch in the morning with an amazing breakfast that Leslie made and soaking in the views. Leslie also brought us homemade cookies each night. I don't think you will find better airbnb hosts/ people out there. We will for sure be back! Thank you for everything!!

Beautiful secluded quiet spot with wonderful views. Casitas are unique and beautiful. Comfy beds and everything in the room you will need for coffee and snacks. Hosts are amazing and attentive. "Sitting at the corner of luxury and leisure…pinch me!"
OMG! Rockin’ H Lavender Farm is upscale, modern, and rustic all at the same time. Located on the edge of the Hill Country, this oasis is off a well-maintained gravel road where you think you are far from civilization. It is a working farm with a combination of total privacy, fabulous views, yet minutes from nice locally-owned places to shop and eat. The farm itself offers new, private casitas for lodging as well as a common swimming pool and covered pavilion with picnic tables. All of this in full view and scent of the lavender fields! The individual casitas face toward different distant views, adding to the ambiance and privacy. Our casita had a porch with Adirondack chairs, TV, electric fireplace, 2 recliners, bathroom with shower, mini frig, coffee maker, comfy mattress, and dreamy linens and toiletries. The decor is ultra-modern. The owners, Ricky and Leslie, are great hosts! Some of the things to do in nearby Coleman, Tx: Owl Drug Store (great gift selection and old timey soda fountain) Santa Anna Gals (upscale casual clothing for women and men, with a western flair) Rancho Pizzeria and Rancho Loma (two fabulous restaurants...read their reviews!) Bonneville (step back in time to mid-century modern furniture and accessories) Palmer Boot Co (need custom boots or cowboy hats?) Booked this beautiful and quiet casita for a weekend getaway and we were so wonderfully surprised at the cleanliness and amenities that this property has! Bed—-wonderful linens Front porch—-comfy chairs to enjoy the view! Coffee maker, snacks, mini fridge, microwave Lighting was amazing! Cute chandelier and sensor lighting in the bath. Amazing shower with this really great oatmeal lavender soap! We will definitely be coming back!

Ditto from the previous reviewers, and more. We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend at Rockin’ H Lavender Farm, with total privacy and beautiful views. We particularly loved our casita with balcony, fireplace, high-end amenities of oatmeal rosemary soap, shampoo and lotion, original art, and heavenly linens. There is also a nearby pavilion with an impressively large outdoor fireplace and swimming pool. This rural yet new and contemporary jewel is located within a few miles of great restaurants and shopping, but feels totally off the grid. Owners are very friendly and accommodating but not at all intrusive. We can’t wait to come back to this stress-free refuge.

"But the best was the view from our porch this morning..."
What an AMAZING place to stay! From the thoughtful amenities to the comfiest bed ever, Rockin’ H Casitas are the place to stay when in this area! Everything was well kept, clean and functional. The hosts are a super sweet couple from Nacogdoches....they have an amazing story to tell and will make you feel absolutely at home! Loved the lavender soaps, in-room coffee station, and especially the short walk to the swimming pool. But the best was the view from our porch this morning....sipping coffee and listening to the birds chirp. We will definitely be returning to this Texas Treasure.
